Really?  I declare “Inbox Zero” at 3:00pm and then leave the workshop to go pick up my brother at the airport, then have dinner and play a curling game.

I get home at Midnight and find 35 emails in my inbox.

GRRRRR….

Delete, Delegate, Respond, Defer, Do!!!! I’m on this… in the morning.
