Cool point about the gas mask ready bed… you can lie face down in it… oh, the spankings we could (and did… sigh… how could we resist!) deliver!
You can also do that with a “head outside” vacbed with a neck gasket (think “latex turtle neck”), but the good old fashioned tube style vacbed is face-up only.

The spanking thing was one of the selling points of the neck gasket for me. Others were sharing it with people who don’t like their head enclosed and not letting the person inside break the seal through their nose. :3
