I am working SO HARD at keeping this ability while also building structure to support the growing size of my business.
I try to think of business structure as scaffolding instead of bricks. Operating procedures are essential to get many people pointed in the same direction, but should never get set in stone and “unquestionable”.
Business structure turned to dogma is why the talented people left from the place I used to work before I started this business.
Balance is key.
