START RANT: SHIPPING OVER-CHARGES I had to buy a few penis sheaths from www.twistmyrubberarm.com in order to do a repair job for a client.  So I ordered a few from these guys.  They sent out the products, fine and good, but they charged me over $12 for shipping and the package arrived with a $2 stamp on it. After contacting them to ask if this was normal… they pretty much said…...
